  • December 2025

    Applications open
    Applications are made online only through the UNIQ website.

  • Late January 2026

    Applications close
    We cannot accept late applications under any circumstances.

  • Early March 2026

    Decisions sent by email
    All applicants will receive a decision email together with next steps for those that have been awarded a place.

  • March 2026

    Student deadline for accepting
    If you have gained a place you will have to confirm that you plan to participate in the programme by this date, so make sure you're regularly checking your emails.

  • April 2026

    UNIQ begins and spring residential
    Participants on the certain courses will come to Oxford on these dates.

  • April 2026

    Sustained contact programme begins
    Activities will take place in April and May, before the Summer Residential.

  • July 2026

    Summer residential
    Most UNIQ participants will attend a four-day residential in Oxford at some point between these dates (unless they attended the Spring Residential). Participants arrive in Oxford on Sunday and leave Wednesday.

  • July 2026

    Oxford open day
    The remaining UNIQ participants will be offered free travel to the Oxford Open Day on Thursday 3rd July.

  • August 2026

    Sustained contact programme continues
    Online activities will take place following the residential, offering information, advice and guidance on applications to Oxford.
